#Socialmedia places much pressure on us whether we like it or not, consciously or unconsciously. No matter the various roles we play, we are constantly placed in competition to match up at being the perfect role. Truth is did we ever ask to be placed under such pressures?
No. But rather than striving for perfection we must strive at being true to ourselves, to our current position and accepting our flaws, being kind to ourselves and showing kindness to others, having faith in the face of fear and above all in loving ourselves, for who we are.
