Diversity & Inclusion at PwC Malta

As part of a network of firms operating across 152 countries and employing over 328,000 people, PwC Malta engages specialists in areas ranging from financial reporting to social policies, cyber security to corporate ethics, banking regulation to environmental sustainability, and much more. This diverse skillset demands a diverse workforce, and with a mix of different nationalities, cultures, religions and sexualities, PwC Malta prides itself in diversity and inclusion being one of its strengths, leveraging people’s different experience, knowledge, and perspectives.

We foster a culture of inclusion throughout the firm, and across all of the firm’s grades. We do so not only on paper, but in practice, every day, where we strive to promote a work environment where everyone can thrive, develop, and grow, and where everyone’s voice is heard, and input is valued. We believe that our differences make us stronger, and they are a significant part of who we are as a firm, where everyone can freely bring all of themselves to the workplace.

Our Diversity Strategy focuses on 3 main pillars: Gender, Nationality & Sexuality, and we host a multitude of initiatives linked to each of these pillars each year. Learn more about our Diversity Strategy.

When it comes to our Sexuality pillar, we are very lucky to be able to leverage on our network and its communities, such as PwC’s Shine, our very own LBGT+ global community, which stands for equality and inclusion and allows for a space where sharing and collaboration between different territories across our network happens. We are also very excited to be working on newer collaborations with the local community and NGOs present in this space, such as Allied Rainbow Communities (ARC), where together we aim to promote LGBT+ pride and equality in our local community.

We aim to continue to grow our efforts and increase the number of initiatives we hold each year, ranging from discussing educational topics on diversity and inclusion in the workplace and beyond, to addressing important issues and topics, and ensuring that these are not side-lined or disregarded.

Our purpose is to build trust in society and solve important problems, and we believe that this is the right thing to do, and that our greatest resource, our people, can contribute and aid in raising awareness both internally and in society at large.

Nice read—strong focus on how PwC Malta promotes diversity, inclusion, and belonging across culture, gender, nationality, and workplace practices, creating a more equitable work environment.

On a broader note, inclusion and trust are important everywhere. Even in completely different industries like furniture manufacturing, choosing a reliable rocking chair manufacturer in india depends on the same core values—consistency, quality, and long-term trust built through responsible practices.

Short but meaningful perspective.

Really informative content—appreciate it! I recently invested in a height adjustable desk, and it’s been a great decision. It helps reduce strain and keeps me more focused during long hours. A height adjustable desk is perfect for maintaining a healthy work routine. Keep up the good work!

Appreciated how the blog highlights creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and heard, emphasizing that diversity strengthens collaboration and growth.

In a similar way, when exploring Alexandria School of Medicine, it’s important for students to choose environments that support diverse learning, clear requirements, and inclusive academic growth while planning their MBBS Abroad journey.

This is a well-written article that highlights the importance of diversity and inclusion in professional environments. Creating spaces where people feel respected and supported can make a big difference in both learning and career growth. It’s interesting how education and professional development often go hand in hand, and many students researching universities also try to understand practical aspects like Alexandria University fees to better plan their academic journey. Clear and accessible information helps students make more informed decisions about their future studies.
