Hi everyone, my name is Matteo Furlan and I'm from Belluno, a little town in the north of Italy. I’m 24 years old and i m attending the master course in International marketing management and organization in Udine University. I m working in Allied Rainbow Communities as Erasmus student for my compulsory internship.
I'm a person that wants and fights for the wellness of all people in the world. I do not tollerate all types of racist, homophobic and transexual discriminations and I think that now It is the time to change the laws and the rules of all European countries, but also in all over the world. First of all, I want to help this association to increase the interaction with all people thanks to web sites, Instagram and Facebook, but also using these communication channel to write articles or post useful contents regarding LGBTIQ+ topic.
I'm sure that this opportunity will help me to improve my communication, languages and writing skills but the most important part of my job will be knowing and interacting with new people. I'm happy to be here in Malta to learn new topics and being part of this great Organisation.

Ciao a tutti, mi chiamo Matteo Furlan e abito a Belluno, una piccola cittadina del nord Italia. Ho 24 anni e sto frequentando un corso magistrale in international marketing management and organization all’Università di Udine. Sto lavorando all’ interno dell’Allied Rainbow Communities come studente Erasmus per il mio tirocinio obbligatorio.
Sono una persona che vuole e combatte per il benessere di tutte le persone del mondo. Non tollero tutti i tipi di discriminazione razzista, omofobica o transessuale e penso che ora sia il momento di cambiare le leggi e le regole di tutti i Paesi Europei, ma anche in tutto il mondo. Prima di tutto, voglio aiutare questa associazione ad aumentare l’interazione con tutte le persone grazie anche al sito web, Instagram e Facebook, ma anche usare questi canali di comunicazione per scrivere articoli o postare contenuti utili riguardanti l’argomento LGBTIQ+.
Sono sicuro che quest’opportunità mi aiuterà a migliorare le mie competenze comunicative, linguistiche e di scrittura ma la parte più importante del mio lavoro sarà conoscere e interagire con persone nuove. Sono felice di essere qui a Malta per imparare nuovi argomenti ed essere parte di questa grande organizzazione.
