Equality Commission updates guiding workplace policy templates

The National Commission for the Promotion of Equality (NCPE) has updated two important policy templates for the perusal of organisations.
These templates offer a guideline in drafting Equality and Sexual Harassment Policies and have now included considerations towards various genders and sexual orientations.
