Hello from ARC’s new intern!

My name is Camille Janusz (she/her), I’m 23 and from Toulouse, France. I’m currently in the last year of a masters in International Politics. I am writing a thesis on the interactions between LGBTIQ+ groups and religious groups in the United States and how these interactions influence the evolution of LGBTIQ+ rights.

Social justice issues have always been a great interest of mine – particularly regarding LGBTIQ+ rights. Being able to work for such a great organisation is a wonderful opportunity and I hope to improve my creativity and my writing skills, along with my communication skills. I’m very eager to expand my knowledge on the topic and learn from the people working there as well as from the community in Malta!

Je m’appelle Camille Janusz, j’ai 23 ans et je viens de Toulouse. Je suis en dernière année de master en Politiques Internationales. J'écris un mémoire de recherche sur les interactions entres les groupes LGBTIQ+ et les groupes religieux aux Etats-Unis afin d’étudier comment ces interactions influencent l’évolution des droits LGBTIQ+.

J’ai toujours été intéressée par les faits de société, surtout lorsque cela concerne les droits LGBTIQ+. Travailler pour une ONG comme Allied Rainbows Communities est une belle opportunité ; j’espère améliorer ma créativité et perfectionner mon écriture. J’ai hâte d’en savoir plus sur le sujet ainsi que d’apprendre de nouvelles choses des personnes qui travaillent pour l’associations et de la communauté à Malte!
