It’s inspiring to see research that highlights the voices of LGBTIQ+ educators and promotes inclusion in education. While this study focuses on Malta, it reminds us how important diversity and representation are across all industries—including construction. Even excavating contractors Wenatchee WA benefit from inclusive teams that bring fresh perspectives and stronger collaboration to every project.
