Meet Moyra...and Womanity

Moyra is one of arc's latest addition to the committee. Her intersection of being woman, queer and of a mature age brings to the table a great amount of enrichment to the organisation and for the benefit of the rainbow community.

She describes herself as a person who loves to make others happy. She loves animals, good dance music, good food, travelling, art and a whole plethora of other stuff. She never stops thinking or learning and the world to her is just one giant miracle of life. 

"I joined ARC first off all because there was a need for woman representation in the committee and I also believe in integration as a whole within the LGBTQI community. We are now a group of 9 strong women who are dedicated towards ARC and the raising of funds to deal with various social issues."

What is Womanity?

Womanity is an events group by women for women. We create events to raise funds for our NGO ARC Allied Rainbow Communities and have fun in the process. We also address other issues within our community.

Though we believe strongly in the integration of the LGBTQI  community we felt that we also had to be able to fulfil the need for more woman events. Having said that, not all our events are exclusive to women.

Pub meet-up on the occasion of International Lesbian Visibility Day!

On the Occasion of International Lesbian Visibility Day - Friday 26 April 2019, LGBTQ+ Friends & Allies are welcome to join us for a Pub Meet-Up at Smudge's The Falcon Bar (Bugibba). From 20.00hrs Appetisers will be offered!

Karaoke Night with Anna Faniello

Womanity invites all LGBTQ+ & Allies for a night with Anna Faniello - queen of Karaoke - at ZenZero starting from 8.30pm till late. Come and join us for a night of would be singing stars. Donation €5 at the door.

Womanity Club Night - Artemis

You wanted to party! Our First Women-Only club night - with DJ's Cathy K and Davvy with guest DJ Mar Escalda from Brazil. Tickets out soon at €10.00.
