Hey! My name is Roberto, I'm 23 years old and I'm from Spain. I have studied gender equality promotion, a higher degree that exists in my country and that has taught me how to analyse and reverse the consequences of gender discrimination or lgtbiphobia.
First of all I will put you in context, I have just finished my higher degree, a degree that can be studied between high school and university and that consists of a year and a half of theory and a year and a half of internships, and I have chosen ARC to do my internship thanks for the erasmus+ project and my school.
In our training we learn how to detect cases of gender-based violence in our society and how to prevent them. We also attend conferences and symposiums on gender equality and women's employment.

Whatever the reason, I chose Malta for my internship and I am confident and totally convinced that I will get to know new realities about LGBT and women in comparison to the situation in Spain, I can't wait to meet you all!
