This morning we been informed that our friend and LGBTI community supporter, Pete Spirko has passed away. Pete a resident Dj at axm club and a regular at ongoing LGBTIQ events, used volunteer his skills, time and services to help raise funds for charitable activities and LGBTI community projects.
We would like to thank Pete for being a friend and for his altruism and we would like to salute his memory.
Tomorrow, (Sunday 16th October) at 5pm a group of Pete's friends and family are organising a "memorial" get together at Sliema beach (between Exiles and Surfside). Please bring some drinks and nibbles so together we celebrate Pete's life.
