Earlier today during the High Level Ministerial Conference on LGBTIQ Equality Mainstreaming, Hon Helena Dalli announced that Identity Malta are close to making the Non-Binary gender known as X option available on Maltese Passports and ID Cards.
This measure was a part of the Gender Identity, Gender Expression and Sexual Characteristics ACT (GIGESC) law approved in 2015.
